I’m having trouble claiming my Path to Pro reward

 I’ve finished everything in the Path to Pro, but it still says I need to complete Diving In. I’ve done Diving In, yet I can’t claim my rewards of 80+ rare gold player packs and 1 of 3 max 86 TOTW players.
