I'm having an issue with EA Sports FC 24 (Ultimate Team). The game won’t open on my device at all.  every time I try to launch it, nothing happens 
The strange part is that my account works perfectly on my friend’s device, but when I try to use it on mine, the game doesn't open. All other online games are working fine on my console, so it doesn't seem to be a connection issue.

I’ve already tried:
Restarting the console
Reinstalling the game
Clearing the cache
Changing the internet connection
But the issue is still there.
Please help me resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
