I’m still owed Ultimate Edition pre order content.

I pre ordered the ultimate edition of FC26, granted it was after the cut off date for the Debut Hero Pack. The pre order content I’m missing is FC Points. 

I played the game for about the first week of release, I did receive the first drop of 2,000 FC points, but my console then broke so I have been off the game since the weekend just passed when I finally got back online. 

I logged on to see 0 FP in the top right corner when I believe I should have 4,000.

When I logged back into the companion app I even got an in app pop up saying that my FC points were ready to be claimed? I’ve never seen this before because previously points just land in your account on the set date. 

I opened a ticket with EA customer support and they weren’t helpful at all; I just received a generic email saying I weren’t entitled to ‘any more content’. I don’t want any more content I just wait the content I paid for.

    Your FC Points will be with you soon, don't worry!
    We are aware of a small problem with the system, but the team is working to get everyone their points are soon as possible.

    All I can suggest at the moment is to keep playing until you actually receive them!

    Small problem with the system? We were supposed to receive the points in October and its already close to January. Basically we’re being scammed.

    Any update here? Right now, around winter wildcards would be a great time to be able to spend the 4,000 FC points that i am owed.
