I’ve got falsely market banned

Hello, 

today I’ve got falsely market banned. I have traded up to twelve million coins throughout this year and spend hours,days,weeks doing so. Now I’ve got an e-mail saying I lost acces to the market and I feel devistated.

I hope someone can help me out. I never did something against the rules.
