I cannot open packs due to a unredeemable token

I was opening packs yesterday when i received some type of token from the pack. after getting the token i tried to redeem it but cannot due to it saying " there was a problem connecting to the football ultimate team servers. please try again later." This has cause me to not be able to open packs anymore due to in sitting in my unassigned. is there any way that this can be fixed from taking the token away or being able to redeem the token. i just want to open packs.
