I can't pack good players and am getting disconnected all the time
I spend 8 hours of my everyday on this game because I love playing it but I barely pack good players, now am getting disconnected all the time and am losing my stars

Spending 8 hours a day on the game shows huge dedication, so I completely understand how frustrating it is when pack luck is not great and sudden disconnections impact your progress.
Pack contents are based on random probabilities, meaning high-rated players are never guaranteed, but getting disconnected during matches is definitely a technical issue we can help fix. I highly recommend checking out our basic Connection Troubleshooting Guide or switching to a wired Ethernet cable to help stabilize your connection.
If those issues are still happening, you could try our EA connectivity tool. This tool will allow us to know what really is happening as you can check your match history (ping/packet loss, etc) and also compare ISPs in your region.
