I can't play FUT champs even though I am in division 7

After the reset EA said everyone in division 7 and above will get 1000 points to qualify for champions. I am in div 7 and I didn’t get the points, I played like 20-25 games but each game is giving me maximum 30 points so I wasn’t able to qualify for champs this weekend. 

I have tried reporting this bug multiple times but I'm getting no help from EA. Bizarre.
