I did not receive my FC Points

I purchased FC 26 Ultimate Edition (the highest edition) about a week ago, but I did not receive any FC Points.

I have contacted you several times, but I haven’t received any response yet.

I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

    Hey H_M_M_M711​. Where did you purchase the game exactly? Also, when you check your purchase history, does it list FC 26 Ultimate Edition?

  • I purchased fc 26 Ultimate Edition directly from steam and yes it is clearly shown in my purchase history that i own the Ultimate Edition

    After you select the game (FC 26 in this case), scroll down and you should see: “Get in touch with our customer support team for more help.” From there, choose Contact Us.
