I got a perfect round but didn’t get the reward?

I just completed Ultimate Gauntlet 3 and got a perfect round but I am not getting the objective reward for this and it is unfair, I haven’t claimed other rewards in the same group and the objective for the perfect round is still available and not greyed out, but says 0/1… I hope EA gets in touch with me to sort this out
