I got fc 26 i couldn’t receive fifa points

i got fc 26 on epic games then later i bought a code then tried to redeem it on ea itself and then everything was good until i went inside the game and realised the points aren’t there and i really want my points as also i spent 100$ on buying fifa on steam but it didn’t work for me so i bought it again and asked for a refund on the one on steam but they told me we can’t do this right now and this is is unacceptable i lost over 150 dollars for nothing.
