Re: I packed gold versions of TOTY players!

I’m writing to report an issue I encountered in FIFA Ultimate Team.

I recently obtained a TOTY Vitinha player item, but instead of receiving the expected TOTY version, I was granted the Gold version of Vitinha. This appears to be an error, as the pack/event clearly indicated a TOTY player.

Player Affected: Vitinha

I kindly ask you to review my account and correct the issue by granting the proper TOTY version of the player if possible.
