I lost 2 games in Champions due to Strange Situations

This week I have lost 2 games in Champions;

One of them, I started the game but then match went to penalty shout out after in 5 minutes of the game in a way I don't understand. I can't not shoot any penalty but it has been accepted as I missed a penalty. Then, my opponent managed a goal from penalty and match finished. I lost the game.

In other match, control cursor seems on my all players but I can't manage any of them. Then my opponent scored 2-3 goals and I have to leave from match.

This type of faults/bugs/cheats can not be accepted and EA have to find a solution to provide fair game for everybody. Also, this type of situations should be detected and affected users should be compensated in game.
