Update: Still no response from the specialized team. I have been forced to stay away from the Ultimate Team mode for over 24 hours because I don't feel safe using the mobile app after advisor LN confirmed the lack of a confirmation prompt. I am a loyal player since 2017 with 20,000+ CZK invested. I really hope a Community Manager can look into Case #234760456 before the Weekend League ends.
