I need help its been 48 hrs like this

I would recommend hard shutting down the router and your console (for about 30 seconds)(where you disconnect the power cord). If it still doesn't work, check your connections (ensuring you are close to the Wi-Fi and or ensuring you are properly plugged in.

You can also try a 4G/5G hot spot with your phone to connect via WiFi that way to see if it's a local ISP problem or not.
