Everyone is getting the Ion packs and I still don't have mine... When will I get the packs that Ive paid for?

This is kind of what happened to me. I pre ordered before aug 26 and I thought I had the game. It said “pre ordered” so I thought it was ok. Today, I tried to play it, and it said my preorder got canceled or refunded somehow. I bought it AGAIN today and I don’t have anything. EA please fix this or just give us our icon picks
