Icon Encore 88+ SBC gave me the same untradeable icon twice – unfair duplicate

Hello EA Support,

I would like to report a frustrating situation regarding the Icon Encore 88+ SBC in Ultimate Team.

I completed the SBC twice, spending a significant amount of coins and club resources. The first time I received Luís Figo, and the second time I received the exact same icon again as an untradeable duplicate.

Considering how many icons exist in the game, receiving the exact same untradeable card again feels extremely unfair, especially after investing so many resources. Because the card is untradeable, I cannot sell it and the only option would be to discard it or use it in another SBC, which represents a major loss of value.

I have not quicksold or used the duplicate yet, and I wanted to ask if there is any possible compensation or solution for this situation.
