I pre ordered fc 26 when it was available to preorder but I still haven’t received my icon packs I have received my coins and premium pass and everything else apart from the icon thank you

I got them. If you got it from steam, there will be an option on the ea fc 26 page on steam to redeem your ultimate edition rewards.
