Incorrect content from pack
I received the wrong items from the 150k pack in store. In the Japanese store, it described the pack as containing 50 x 84+ players. The pack only contained 13 players over this rating.

Same issue over here. EA should solve this issue anytime soon or I will file a report at my national authorities
They robbed me too…
I REPORTED A CASE ON CUSTOMER-CARE, AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I DIDN'T PURCHASED ANY PACKS, HOW IT'S EVEN POSSIBLE? SO EA JUST LOST HISTORY ON THAT DAY. AND AS I HEARD, THEY HAVE COMPENSATED THE WRONG PERSONS WHO PURCHASED WHEN THE BUG IS FIXED. IT'S RIDICULOS
