Incorrect transfer market ban
Hello, I am wanting to raise attention to Case #247366260 which is outstanding since May. 26. The ticket contains the full information, but I have been incorrectly flagged by your system as undertaking balance transfers. This is not correct and is a false positive flag by your AI tool. I have not engaged in the behaviour that your system has accused me of. Please can I request details of the transaction that has been incorrectly flagged by your system to hopefully try to get to the bottom of the issue and to have my transfer market access returned. I have spent hundreds of hours on the game and would not have done anything to jeopodise this investment.

If you've already had an open case and need an update for it, you can create a new case here to get in touch with the support team so they can check in on this. Otherwise, your case history page here will be updated once the team's completed their investigation. If you've had an appeal outstanding since the end of May, I'd definitely start a new case to have the support team take a look at what's causing that delay.
