INPUT LAGS

I'm playing this game on PC and every time I go into Rivals it lags like crazy, everything starts with a 2second delay and just keeps getting worse. Man, can y’all finally fix this already?? And let's not forget the random FPS drops it even happens on the **bleep** menu screen sometimes.
