Intro sbc bug

I just bought the game yesterday. I was doing the into sbcs this morning with my companion app and a bug happened. I just did 2 of the 3 challenges of “intro to upgrade sbcs” but the challenge ended like i did 3. And because of that i couldn’t claim my rewards. Please help with my issue. Thanks.
