A completed the necessary challenge a few days ago and still can’t access the Intri to Rewards Evo.
It isn’t on any of the Evo tabs. I think this is a glitch - I’ve tried restarting the console, closing the app, waiting 24 hours etc - it’s still not there.
Please can this be fixed?
I’d also add that I’ve completed the Intro to Evolutions Evo for a player, and that Evo has now disappeared from the Evolutions tab? I believe that one is repeatable?
'Intro to Evolutions' is repeatable twice only and 'Intro to Rewards' is not repeatable. Once you use player into these evolutions, they will not be available for you again.
If you waited more than 24 hrs and restarted the game several times and still didn't reward evo, then try contacting EA help - https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/
