Is the ultimate edition pre-order worthless?

Dear EA, I pre-ordered the new EA FC 26 at the beginning of August and still haven't received any packs. I received the ultimate pass, FC points, but the main reason I pre-ordered the game, which is the icon pack, is nowhere to be found, along with the other packs. I would greatly appreciate some feedback on why I haven't received the items I paid for. I believe a solution can be found. Thank you.
