Is there less cheaters on PS5/Xbox?

less hacks such us cant move your players, hacking stamina, doing desync, more cheats like cronus zen and other automatised scripts that automatically respond to your controller input, have perfect shoots, automatised tackle avoid with dribling etc

There will always be less cheats on console on any game. Though before they done away with the timed finishing there was a cheat box thing that people can plug in to their controller for perfectly timed shots every time. I don't know if they have any use in this current game. My experience console users often score a goal then manage to make the game disconnect.
