Item Recovery

My account Id is [edit: email address removed]. I mistakenly submitted my first team players some of which included toty Russo, TOTS Di Maria, tradable  Tots Leo Scienza, tradable Tots Veerman, and Tots Szobozlai into a 84 plus totw upgrade on the web app while grinding for totw. Is there any way I can get help to retrieve this items back. I have tried the support chat but they said they can’t do anything and referred me to post here.

    Once you submit a player into an SBC (deliberately or by mistake), there is no option to get them back.
