Keep Good Kompany evo not upgrading as intended

So i have an issue with the Keep Good Kompany evo on my gold David Hancko. I put him through pumping iron and intercept (ps) evo and now Keep Good Kompany 
but for some reason it seems he doesn’t get the upgrade in aggression and stamina (“udholdenhed” in the picture), but he’s only at 79 stamina and 84 agression and therefore not he max allowed which is 84 and 86…

how come? Have others experienced this? And how do I get the full upgrade on him?
