ive been trying to list valverde and i keep getting an error his value is dropping loads any help

I am also having the same problem for over 2weeks
This issue of mine has persisted since the game's launch. I've contacted EA Support more than once during this time, but they have yet to acknowledge it as a bug. In my last contact with them, they told me they would provide a response within 72 hours. A full day has passed now, so let's wait and see what happens.
