I get continually kicked from squad battle games and it’s frustrating. I am trying to locate an EA help live chat or email or phone number but all I can find is a really bad ai chat. Can someone please help? I feel really stupid cause I know there has to be something other than just an ai chat bot

Back to main menu. And then says I lost the game 3-0 every time
Community ManagerHmm, if this only popped up recently and is happening at or near the end of your games then it sounds like you might have been soft-banned. Usually that happens if you leave a bunch of games in a short-ish space of time, and should expire by itself in about 24 hours.

Why are people being soft banned for quitting matches when this is not clearly explained in your Terms and Conditions?
Furthermore, if someone quits a match, they have already taken the loss, so how is it fair to punish them again on top of that? And how are players supposed to even know this system exists if it is not properly communicated within the game or clearly outlined in the rules?
This system honestly feels absurd, diabolic even. People rage quit because they are frustrated with the gameplay, then get penalised further, which only creates even more frustration and pushes them into quitting again later. It is a vicious cycle caused by terrible design decisions.
Also, he is getting kicked out, and you ban people for that too. And how come he is not able to speak to EA help adviser/agent?
