Locked out of transfer market

Upon entering the transfer market after completing the challenges. I get stuck with the "You've reached your limit on bid/buy actions. Please come back in 1 Day 23 Hours for full access to the Transfer Market."
How do I solve this. I cant have reached a limit because I havent bought or sold anything yet.
