Account Linking Issue

I don’t know if this is the right place to be putting this but i’ve been trying to link my PlayStation account to the fc mobile app. I just successfully linked my ps account to my ea account. But I have lost all progress with ultimate teams and I am unable to unlink the two accounts until 18/07. But ea I don’t think have direct support the best I can do is post it here. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.
