I was doing some sbc and noticed my coin balance. I lost 150k in coins how do I get it back. It was there one minute then sbc bugs kicks me out and I lose my coins.

You need to log a case to EA Help and let them investigate what has happened.
Another thing to consider is when you're viewing cards from the market when doing an SBC. . .if you tried to bid on them, you more than likely accidentally paid the BIN price. I've done this far too often, its frustrating to pay 10k for a card that you meant to bid 1000 coins on.
I didnt bid on any cards the money just vanished
