many jerseys not yet in the packs??

I opened several silver packs with pre order points to get my clubs jersey and I´m permanently checking the transfermarket and haven´t seen any jersey from whole leagues GER2+3, FRA2, ESP2 nothing, ENG2 only has Coventry&Leicester, if you chek for ITA2 the connection breaks.

Whats wrong here? I want my FP refunded 😆
