Missing 90+ Birthday Pack

Talked to many EA employees, Akash in case #239609604 said I completed the football fanatics toty objective, I did not receive the pack, no one else is helping me, the ai isn’t giving me human support, I tried all ways employees told me to do. Akash said it was an issue and he will fix it. It didn’t work, help me now please.
