Missing Evo (bruiser+) from triple league

I completed the first week Triple League objective, which was supposed to reward an evolution—Bruiser+, to be precise.

After completing and redeeming it, I can’t find it. I haven’t used it on any player, and the odd thing is that when I go to the objective and press R3 (which is supposed to preview the reward), it glitches and doesn’t show anything, as if the item doesn’t exist.
