Missing evo

I have started a nice chain on Openda who will turn into an absolute monster, yet when I looked today to complete the dribble mastery evo it's completely disappeared from my rewards section. Just spoke to a live agent who will "raise it with the game developing team" that I will have NO contact with at all, NO timeline update either. The guy won' even send me an email to say that he's raised it with the team, so now I have to wait blindly and trust EA to fix it....... Seems like a great idea
