Missing FC Points from EA PLAY PRO

Hello, I have an issue with FC POINTS from EA PLAY PRO, I only got 2000FP but I should get 4000FP(First batch + second batch,, but only got one batch idk which one). I don't know how to contact directly with EA support, I've already tried but it doesn't work. Can I get some help with it here?
