Missing FC-Pro Twitch Rewards

I watched both streams on twitch, so I could get the best rewards and complete the whole task. Both accounts are connected to each other as far as I can see. I Ultimate Team itself the task is not even marked as completed, even if I already claimed the packs in Twitch. Please help! 
I thougt it would take some time, but after 3 days I think I should get my packs.

    I am having the same issue and EA help said it’s an issue and good luck. It’s over 3 streams for me this has been happening with no resolution

    Similar situation for me, I linked my YouTube and watched an hour of day one but I haven’t received the packs after a full day.
