Missing FUT Champions Qualification Points

Hello EA Support,

I am writing to report an issue with my FIFA Ultimate Team account. Since last Friday, I have been playing Division Rivals matches, but I am not receiving any FUT Champions Qualification Points.

I have already played more than 15 matches, and my qualification points remain at 0/1000.

My EA ID is ali_lahmer. Could you please check my account and resolve this issue so I can progress towards FUT Champions qualification?

    Ali_Lahmer1920​ Which division you are in? Champs qualification points can be earned from division 7 & above. Please refer below screenshot-

    I have 220 points but not getting any more for my latest wins, my friend says you have to be division 7 to get points
