I pre ordered the ultimate edition of fc26 on the 22/8/25 ive sent proof of purchase. ive been playing since fifa 05 i feel scammed its been 3 weeks. ive been in live chat 11x no one is helping me. ill be taking legal action if this isnt resolved ASAP>
Same here it’s an absolute joke. I’m not eligible for the icon as I didn’t pre order in time for that, however it was pre ordered in time for the points and I haven’t received any of them! Live Chat are absolutely useless and tell me different things every time. I’m absolutely sick to death of their incompetence
Ea got back to me and said it’s showing my pre order got cancelled on there end and to contact Microsoft so I did and there saying nothing got cancelled and I’m eligible for the pre order bonus so I’ve screen shotted everything and sent it to ea and I still get the same **bleep**, rate joke! I’ve sent proof up on proof but I’m gettting a solicitor involved as I have proof of everything and emails! Plus bank statements! I’ve basically paid £90 for a standard game! I’m not having them scan me!
