Missing Icon Pack on FC 26

Good Morning, 

I purchased FC 26 Ultimate Edition for Xbox Series X on 8/26/25 at 11:43pm. I have proof that I purchased before the deadline. The issue is that I did not receive my Icon Pack and I have gone back and forth with Xbox and EA Support. There has been no solution. EA Stated that the purchase was made on 9/10/25. But that was when they charged me for the game. It does state that it could take up to 10 days before the release date of the game that they would charge you for it.  But attached you will see that I purchased the game on 8/26/25.
