Missing Lv 39-40 Season Pass Rewards

I’ve read the missing content thread and done everything in there, I reset my game, played a match to sync rewards, and checked both console and web app.

i claimed all my free and premium level 39 and 40 rewards yet did not get it despite being claimed. I’ve been saving my packs and noticed the 1x 85, 5x83 and mega pack from 39 is not there, and at level 40 I am missing the tomori and 3x 84, 2x84.
