Missing points

Hi, I bought the EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition but I didn’t receive my 6000 FC Points. I already completed all the first steps in Ultimate Team, but my account still shows 0 points. Could you please check my account and add the missing points?

Hi, I have the same issue. I did receive the starter icon pack, etc. but no FC points - why the delay?
