Missing Pre Order Content

I have pre ordered the game on the 26th of August, i have logged on on friday to find out that i am missing my icon pack and fifa points, which is still the case at the time of sunday night writing this, been playing fifa now since fifa 17 preorder ultimate edition and spending money on the game every year. This year i’ve already bought £25 of EA Points but am still missing my Pre order icon and FC points but have my premium season pass, can someone give me ideas and i definitely purchased the game on this account.
