Missing rewards from Bundle

My name is *snip* and I'm having a problem. I bought the bundle you released that gives me three consecutive premium seasons, but I didn't receive the rewards when the season started. I hope you can release the bundle again to solve the problem. Thank you for your efforts

    Hello ziadd1305​ ,

    The 3 Season Premium pass Bundle gives you access to season 7, 8 and 9. It just unlock the premium rewards but you need SP to get those rewards.

    I'm not sure what you mean when you said that you didn't receive the rewards when the season started. Can you can explain exactly what levels you are missing exactly?
