Missing SBC completed Player
we completed Willian Pacho challenge from SBC and we couldn't find him in the club after several searches,
please make fast solution.

Did you restart game or webapp after doing SBC? Sometimes players get stuck hidden until you open a new pack and then you can claim it. Also worth checking quicksell recovery.
If none of the above works then you need to log a case via EA Help.
