Missing the Player after Finishing Marcelo SBC

I can't find Marcelo TOTY Legend card in my club after finishing the SBC. I also checked my quick sold list but it's not there either. I tried to contact EA customer service but they asked me to make...

What do we even do from here? Both SBCs were so expensive too. Time, effort and money wasted, so demoralising bro

Yeah I totally agree - I'm extremely frustrating right now. But I don't think there is much we can do. I have spent almost 60k FC points since TOTY and packed nothing now EA even screwed my SBC man... I would quit the game if this should not be properly addressed and resolved tbh
