Missing Ultimate Edition Rewards (EA FC 26)

Hello,

Today is September 20th, and I still haven’t received any of my EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Edition pre-order rewards. According to your official information, the Untradeable ICON Player Item should have been available on September 19th at 17:00 UTC, but it never appeared in my account.

I also didn’t get the Season 1 Premium Pass or the first part of the 6,000 FC Points. I am playing on PC (EA App/Steam) and my account is correctly linked.
