My account was hacked

Hello EA support team, I recently got my account back with the help of Sony support team, but hackers have linked an EA account to my account, which I can't delete, and Sony support team said I need to contact you. 
This is my PlayStation account online ID: Gabs_1899
I am sending you a screenshot of the email that Sony support team sent me after the recovery and refund.
They linked an EA account to my PlayStation account and I can't play games online.
