My awards didn't come.

I got the game from pre-order. After sharing the game I got from whatsapp group, I got 2 more friends. I got fc 26 the date I was August 27. I didn't come to my 2 friends when I was coming to the icon package. They play over ps5 I play over xbox. I know I have passed the pre-order date, but it is sad that it didn't come to me when I came to others. I expect a solution to be produced.
