My champs game crashed after I won

I was playing champs winning 2-1 and when the game ended it said I got disconnected. This has happened frequently and It has genuinely started to **bleep** me off. I don't know if my opponent did something because before the game ended he paused it 3 times and I don't know if that had something to do with it but I am very annoyed.
